Morse Dojo is a local-first training tool. The short version: your data stays in your browser, and we never see it.

What is stored, and where

Your training record (unlocked characters, belt rank, per-character accuracy, session history, streaks) and your settings (tone, speed, volume) are stored in your browser using localStorage and IndexedDB. This data never leaves your device. There is no server, no database of users, and no synchronization.

What is not collected

Morse Dojo has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts. We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, or any usage statistics. Fonts are bundled with the app, so no requests are made to font services when you use it.

Cookies

Morse Dojo does not set cookies.

Your data is yours to move or destroy

In Settings you can export your entire training record as a single JSON file, import it on another device, or erase everything. Clearing your browser's site data has the same effect as erasing: the record is gone, and nobody can restore it, because nobody else ever had it.

Changes

If Morse Dojo ever adds optional accounts or sync, this note will be updated first, and local-only training will remain the default.
